The Centre of Irish studies invites you to a lecture on Literature and Politics in the Early Modern Irish period, c. 1200-1650 by Ken Ó Donnchú from the University College Cork.

Ken Ó Donnchú (MA, PhD) is a graduate of NUI Galway and
University College Cork, where he lectures in the Department of
Modern Irish. He previously taught in Charles University Prague, and
Université de Bretagne Occidentale, Brest. He has published on
various aspects of Irish literature, and is currently working on his first
monograph on Irish translations from Spanish.

The lecture will take place on February 29, 12:30-14:00 in Room 111.
