Book Donation - The Bell

A valuable collection donated to the Centre for Irish Studies.

The Centre for Irish Studies is delighted to inform that it has received a significant donation of primary sources from its long-term associate and teacher at its annual Irish Studies Workshop, Mr Mike Stoddart of Sheffield.

The donation includes an extensive collection of The Bell, a journal of seminal importance for Irish literature and culture in the 1940s and 50s. It is available for research in the English and Romance Studies Library.

Thank you so much, Mike, on behalf of all our students and staff.
